titleRafrænt beiðnakerfi / Online service portal

Hægt er að senda rafræna aðstoðarbeiðni á deildina með því að fara á https://hjalp.unak.is/ og skrá sig inn og velja þar viðeigandi tegund beiðnar. Starfsfólk KHA verður svo í sambandi í gegnum beiðnakerfið varðandi úrlausn beiðnarinnar. Beiðnakerfið sendir þér tölvupóst um leið og svar berst svo ekki er sérstök þörf á að vakta beiðnakerfið.


Hvernig á að senda inn verkbeiðni?

  1. Farið er inn á vefsíðu Þjónustborðs HA og notandi skráir sig inn.

  2. Þar næst velur notandi hvaða deild og hvað hann þarf aðstoð með. Einnig er hægt að leita.

  3. Beiðnin ef fyllt út og send af stað fær notandinn tölvupóst því til staðfestingar.


Assistance requests can be sent to KHA through an onlince service portal by opening https://hjalp.unak.is/ ,logging in and then selecting the most fitting type of issue. A staff member of KHA will then respond through the service portal. The service portal will send you an email when your request gets a reply so there is no need to monitor the inbox of the service portal.

How to put in a service request?

  1. Go to the online servicedesk and log in.

  2. Choose the department that you need assistance from and the topic of issue. You can also search.

  3. Fill out the request form and send it. You should receive a confirmation email from the system.

KHA rekur þjónustuborð í sama rými og Nemendaskrá HA á fyrstu hæð A álmu (til hægri inn ganginn þegar komið er inn um aðalinngang skólans). Þangað er sjálfsagt að koma og fá aðstoð tæknifólks við vandamál sem koma upp. Þjónustuborðið er opið alla virka daga milli 08:00-16:00

KHA runs a service desk at the same location as the student registry on the 1. floor of wing A ( walk the corridor to the right when entering through the main entrance). There you can show up when a problem occurs and get the assistance of our technicians. The service desk is open on weekdays 08:00-16:00.
