Stúdentum gefst kostur á að mæta í fjærveru ef umsjónarkennari heimilar notkun á fjærveru í kennslustund en boðið er upp á tvær mismunandi gerðir:

Open

iPad - BEAM

• BEAM fjærvera, sem notandi keyrir um svæði háskólans.

• iPad á standi sem sem samnemendi sækjir og kemur í skólastofu.
  
  

Students have the opportunity to attend via telepresence if the course instructor allows its use in class. Two different types are offered:

• BEAM telepresence robot, which the user operates to move around the university premises.

• iPad on a stand, which a fellow student retrieves and brings to class.

• Fáðu leyfi frá umsjónarkennara fyrir notkun á fjærveru í kennslustund.

• Taktu skjáskot af leyfinu.

• Skráðu þig inn á hjalp.unak.is og sendu inn beiðni um fjærveru. Taktu fram hvort þú vilt iPad eða BEAM fjærveru.

• Kennslumiðstöð svarar þér í beiðnakerfinu. Ef tímarnir sem þú óskar eftir eru lausir færðu staðfestingu á bókun ásamt nánari leiðbeiningum um næstu skref.

• Get permission from your homeroom teacher to use remote attendance during class.

• Take a screenshot of the permission.

• Sign in to hjalp.unak.is and submit a request for remote attendance. Mention whether you prefer iPad or BEAM remote attendance.

• The IT helpdesk will contact you through the request system. If the time slots you requested are available, they will confirm the booking and send you further instructions on what to do next.
